SHIPPING POLICY
Your orders will arrive 1-3 working days after dispatch. We use a third-party courier service. We only do domestic (within Singapore) shipping.
All orders are proceeded within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Our delivery rates varies depending on type of shipping.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Kindly note if you are eligible for any refund/exchange:
– Product must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them.
- Carrier will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
– The refund/return must be initiated within 15 days upon receiving your order (not applicable for self-collection).
– A refund/return is not applicable if incorrect/incomplete address is provided to us.
– For redelivery of uncollected parcel, relevant delivery charges will be applied.e applied.
