Gift connect PTE Ltd is a local company specializing in gifts such as perfume and fragrances and now with a robust ecommerce platform featuring a wide array of perfumes from classic perfumes to designer perfumes each consisting of a distinct scent for both men and women to select. It was established in 2005 in Singapore founded by Mr. Gideon Goh, the CEO and Managing Director of the company. This ecommerce site was headed by a group of 5 millenials , Jeric Mendoza, Ng Wee Gin, Roy Kang, Ei Chan Myae Oo and Su Htet Wai Soe all from different countries but with a similar goal to achieve which was to help boost confidence for men and women whenever they step outside.. Due to the scarcity of stores selling perfumes and the lack of demand on the fragrance industry as well in that time. “Gideon Goh” says “ I would say this was a big opportunity for the company considering the huge amount of risk of having to start your own business, nevertheless we still decided to take it anyways as we saw an opportunity beneath it as well”. Moreover, we admit it was a bit hard to start the business especially with low capital financing and a lot of expenditures. However, as our brand developed, sales started to rise with an increasing demand for perfumes in general. At Gift Connect, “perfection is what we strive for in the creation of our perfumes”. As a result, Gift connect is now one of the most famous perfume retailers in Singapore with over 50 branches nationwide and many more to come.

This means offering the perfect combination of blends of aroma in our perfume collection comprising of a variety of luxurious brands to cater to both men and women for them to feel good whenever they step outside.

Vision

For the company to continue to grow by expanding our products with many more different and unique brands to cater to more of consumers' taste and preferences on fragrance. For this reason, we are continuously conducting market research on fresh scents that gets consumers enticed for more. Moreover, we are planning to expand internationally eventually as well to be able to market to different people across the globe.

Location

Our first and largest store is located at Orchard since our perfumes brands are targeted at consumers with a higher standard of living and who have a different lifestyle for both men and women. It is specifically located at the first floor of ION orchard mall since the human traffic in a mall is relatively larger and considering ION orchard mall also interconnects with Orchard MRT and several other malls makes it a lot easier in our part to capture a larger market audience and gain a wider attraction for our perfume store.
